When you do a Google search for the term “personal finance blog“, it returns 183,000 results! That’s astounding. The internet is a wealth of information and everyone has their say and opinion. It’s been a day over a month since I started this blog with the hopes of informing, educating, and just putting my ideas into concise written form. Unbelievably, I’m on a list! I’m #101! I’m cracking the top 10 the next time this list comes out.

200 Most Influential Personal Finance Bloggers of Our Time

I like this list, not just because I’m on it. Of the top 100 (I didn’t quite make it), I read about 75% of those blogs regularly and I do agree with The Simple Dollar being the most influential. I’ve passed a few emails back and forth with Trent and he’s simply a down to earth nice guy. I like him most, because he blogs about his experiences with finance and frugality in such a personal way and his writing style makes it an easy and enjoyable ready each day. I’d recommend visiting there daily.
